Depending on size, color, etc., most items will be custom made to your specifications.  I keep a pretty extensive stock of beads, crystals, and other supplies.  Upon receiving your order, I can build and ship your order within 3 business days.  If any items needed to make your jewelry are out of stock and I cannot ship within this time frame, I will send you an email to let you know.

You can choose from these shipping options:

1. USPS First Class Mail - FREE - Usually takes 2-3 business days to deliver and has no tracking information or insurance.

2. UPS Ground* - May take 1-6 business days to deliver depending on location.  Allows for tracking information.

3. UPS 2 Days* - Guaranteed 2 business days to deliver.  Allows for tracking information.

4. UPS 3 Day Select* - Guaranteed 3 business days to deliver.  Allows for tracking information.

5. UPS Next Day* - Guaranteed next business day delivery.  Allows for tracking information.

* Pricing for UPS deliveries are calculated during the checkout process

International shipments are sent via UPS Worldwide Express and Canadian shipments, UPS Standard to Canada.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality and beauty of my product.  However, more than anything, I want your experience with Honeybeads to be a good one.  Much of my business comes from referrals and unsatisfied customers do not send their friends and family members to my site.  Recognizing this, if you are not completely satisfied with our jewelry for any reason, simply send me an email to let me know so I can gather your information.  Then just return the item to me within 14 days for a full refund (less shipping charges).
