What are Swarovski Crystals?
We use genuine Swarovski crystals & Swarovski pearls in our jewelry.
Imported from their factory in Austria, Swarovski crystals are made from the
finest crystal lead glass, cut and ground with such precision that they sparkle
as brilliantly as diamonds. Swarovski uses only high lead content crystal glass,
typically a full 32% of the glass is lead and lead oxide. The presence of the
lead increases the index of refraction, bringing it closer to that of diamond.
The sparkle comes from light bouncing off internal surfaces in the lead crystal.
This is what gives the lead glass beads an attractive sparkle and heavier weight
than cheaper forms of glass.
Simply put, Swarovski crystals are the best crystal beads
available, and that is why we use them in our jewelry.

Is "Sterling" Silver pure silver?
Pure silver is too soft to be used in jewelry. Sterling
Silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Copper is added to make the fine
silver more durable and longer lasting.

What about the "string" used in your
jewelry?
We use only Soft Flex® Wire in our jewelry as we feel it is the strongest,
highest quality strand available. Soft Flex® Wire is constructed of either
21 or 49 micro woven, stainless steel wires, braided together and then nylon
coated. This micro-wire technology gives you the most flexible and knottable
stainless steel available. It is hypoallergenic and marine quality - it can be
worn in and out of the water.

Why Paypal? Can't I just give you my
Credit Card number direct?
We choose not to receive any financial information from our
customers directly. Paypal is the most popular payment portal on the web.
Their security measures go far beyond what we would be capable of offering.
We collect only the information required to deliver your order (name, address,
email, etc.) and let Paypal take care of arranging for payments. Paypal
does not share any of the financial information (credit card numbers) you give
during the checkout process with us. They only return confirmation of
payments received. Refer to our
Privacy Notice
for more information on our commitment to protecting your privacy.
The checkout process, when using the Paypal option, is very
streamlined and simple to use. You do not even need to have an account
or create a new one to use your credit card when paying with Paypal.

What is your return policy?
I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality and beauty of my
product. However, more than anything, I want your experience with Honeybeads to
be a good one. Much of my business comes from referrals and unsatisfied
customers do not send their friends and family members to my site. Recognizing
this, if you are not completely satisfied with our jewelry for any reason,
simply send me an email to let me know so I can gather your information. Then
just return the item to me within 14 days for a full refund (less shipping
charges).

How do I figure out the right bracelet size?
Using a flexible tape measure or a string and straight ruler, take a snug
measurement of your wrist and add one inch. Pick the closest standard size
to this or enter the exact measurement in the custom size box.
