Okay, this could be VERY cool.

Grind House is a double feature horror movie done in throw-back style to the B-rated drive-in flicks of the 50's and 60's. Pretty sweet, right? Well hold on to your seats - one film is a slasher movie directed by (drumroll please) Quentin Tarantino and the second, a zombie movie from (no, please - I can't take any more) Robert Rodriguez. Yeah, I know, it's like penut butter and chocolate - how could this combination NOT produce brilliance?

I mean seriously, you've got Tarantino - Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill - and Rodriguez - Sin City, Shark Boy & Lava Girl 3D - and let us not forget the last time these two teamed up - From Dusk 'Til Dawn ring a bell? THAT was one wild ride not to mention a GREAT horror film. Grind House will even feature fake trailers in between the two main features - I'm getting chills, here.

I hope THIS one lives up to the expectations. Besides, I'm getting sick of the snuff-film-like Saw copycat movies (House of Wax, Hostel, Hills Have Eyes, etc.) that only try to repulse us and have none of imagination or originality that the Saw movies had. I'm ready for something different, for sure. In the meantime, Lady in the Water starts July 21st - I WILL be there!

Two substantial and I hope promising venues out there are Froogle and Edge IO. Froogle, as you can guess, is owned and operated by Google - need I say more? I also submitted some xml feeds to Googles Sitemaps - hopefully this will improve Google's indexing of our site - we'll see...
